If you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, simply return your new and unused shoes to us within 30 days of receipt in their original packaging, along with the invoice (if available).

- Provide your order information: During the contact, please have your order number and reason for return ready.
- Return the items: Once confirmed, pack your new and unused shoes in their original packaging (if available) and include the invoice (if available). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

We cannot accept exchange or return of previously assembled, open packaging or damaged items, discounted display items.

We will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment for products that are returned with the invoice, and the refund will take 7-14 days.
