Socks work pretty good but wish the tools had more clearer instructions 🤷‍♀️ Still help my back pain tho! Really not too hard once u get the hang of it. Best used b4 bed to relax.

I’m so excited about this. I’ve been looking at these for a while and this one became available for me to try. I wish it was a little more color coated instead of all one colored outline. Separate colors would help but it’s descriptive and informative and I still like it. The socks fit my little foot ok. The tools are super nice, sturdy and heavy and don’t feel cheap at all. I’m looking forward to learning all about this and what it can help me do for my body, naturally. It would make a neat gift for someone.

I really like the feel and look of these reflexology tools. The socks are cute, the printing gets distorted where the socks stretch, and will probably flake off after some use and washing. Would make a nice gift set 🙂

The quality and value of this acupressure set is good. I like the idea of knowing where the areas on your foot relate to other areas in your body. I don’t know much about acupressure but I believe there’s a way that you have to use the tools in certain directions and patterns in order for them to provide benefit for the organs you are targeting. However, unfortunately, this product does not come with any instructions, links to videos or guides to help a novice know how to use them. Overall the set is good and you can probably find online resources on how to learn acupressure.

took a bit to find the pressure points but once I did it was WOW!! 💆‍♀️ My back dont ache so much and i feel way less tired at the end of the day Would recommend to ppl who have pain
